Dubai Investments announced that the final price for the initial public offering of its subsidiary, DIP Holding, has been set at Dh1.12 per share, with the total offering size reaching Dh1.9 billion. At this price, DIP Holding's market capitalisation upon listing on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is estimated at Dh9.7 billion.

DIP Holding is the holding company and investment platform that owns Dubai Investments Park (DIP). The company describes itself as a "mature, infrastructure-like platform" built on long-term tenant relationships and stable recurring income.

In the offering, Dubai Investments, the existing shareholder, sold a 20 per cent stake in the company and will retain the remaining 80 per cent. According to the company, the offering was "significantly oversubscribed," drawing strong demand from local, regional and international investors.

DIP Holding plans to distribute annualised dividends of Dh700 million, Dh725 million and Dh750 million by the end of 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively, paid on a semi-annual basis. The listing marks the UAE's first IPO of 2026, and DIP Holding's shares will be admitted to trading on the Dubai Financial Market.
